WHAT IS LE STUDIO?
Le Studio is the name given to the Ludesco space on the 4th floor of the Maison de Peuple, Rue de La Serre 68. It is equipped with a dance floor, making it ideal for dance, drama, yoga and many other movement-based activities.
To visit the space, please contact Magali. It is also possible to visit the hall during the Festival. For the duration of the Festival, the room will be transformed into a lounge with multicolored dance floors.
The dance floor has a surface area of approx. 100m². Large mirrors cover one wall of the hall.
A 20m² room has been fitted out as a checkroom. Access to the checkroom is via one edge of the hall.
There are private toilets for the room upstairs.

Conditions
- Les locations de font à l’année (contrat de 3 mois minimum).
- Des vestiaires et des toilettes sont à disposition.
- Le délai de résiliation est de trois mois.
L’association Ludesco utilise la salle pendant le Festival Ludesco (vendredi-samedi-dimanche) ainsi que pour le montage (dès samedi la semaine précédente) et le démontage (lundi d’après).
Aucun cours ne peut avoir lieu pendant ces dix jours.
Le Festival a lieu chaque année en mars.
Les dates 2024 : 9-18 mars 2024 (Festival 15-17 mars 2024).
Les dates 2025 : 8-17 mars 2025 (Festival 14-16 mars 2025).
